Ecuador election officials agreed to recount almost 1.3 million votes after opposition leader Guillermo Lasso has alleged widespread voter fraud in the recent presidential election on Friday, according to ABC News. The National Electoral Council agreed to recount close to 10 percent of the total votes after complaints were filed by both parties.
