Water Resources Board picks director Members of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board on Wednesday unanimously elected Julie Cunningham as the agency`s executive director. Cunningham has been serving as the board`s interim executive director since October 2016 when J.D. Strong left the post to lead the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation.
