Samsung Elec signals no holding company move for now

SEOUL (Reuters) - Samsung Electronics Co Ltd said on Friday it will be difficult to adopt a holding company structure at this time, rejecting U.S. activist hedge fund Elliott Management`s proposal and ruling out for now a long-anticipated succession move.
