Events: Arbor Day Celebration in El Cajon Is This Saturday, March 25 Join the City of El Cajon this Saturday, March 25, as it celebrates the City`s 20year of receiving the Tree City USA award and its 28 Annual Arbor Day ceremony. Festivities will begin at 8:00 a.m. at Kennedy Park, at 1675 East Madison Avenue. Councilmembers Steve Goble, Ben Kalasho and Gary Kendrick, along with City Manager Douglas Williford, will be participating in the ceremonial tree planting with students from the Lion`s Club at Granite Hills High School and the Key Club at Grossmont High School.
