It`s no secret that a sequel to Destiny is slated for release later this year, but it appears we`ll have the opportunity to play it prior to its proper launch.An alleged poster has surfaced on Italian website Lega Network that reveals both a name (Destiny 2) and a release date (September 8). Another poster has also been shared on Imgur (pictured below) that references a beta that may be available first on PS4, an arrangement that wouldn`t come as a surprise given the first Destiny`s beta initially launched on PS3 and PS4.Both Eurogamer and Kotaku have confirmed with sources that the posters are real, with the latter also suggesting Destiny 2 will be formally announced soon.We got some sense of what to expect from Destiny 2 last month. As part of Activision`s latest earnings briefing, the publisher provided some high-level details regarding the game.`[W]e`ve got a big reveal planned and I`m going to let the game do most of the talking, but I`ll give you some broad strokes,` CEO Eric Hirshberg said in February. `I think that our team and our great partners at Bungie are doing a very nice job on two fronts.
