Magseis ASA (the `Company`) has engaged ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Arctic Securities AS as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners (together the `Managers`) to advise on and effect a contemplated private placement with gross proceeds of up to the NOK equivalent of approximately USD 40 million by issuing new ordinary shares in the Company (the `Private Placement`), each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05 (the `New Shares`).
