Reference is made to the stock exchange releases from Badger Explorer ASA ("BXPL" or the "Company") published 15th February 2017 and 20th March 2017 regarding the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering II") of up to 80,000,000 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share (the "Offer II Shares").
