IPR proceedings in favor of UCB Brussels (Belgium), 22 March 2017 - UCB announces today that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) confirmed the validity of U.S. patent RE38,551 related to Vimpat (lacosamide), UCB`s anti-epileptic drug, in the Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings.
