Utrecht Science Park to become pilot for Smart Solar Charging

Utrecht Science Park De Uithof will become one of the five testing grounds for research into Smart Solar Charging. In Smart Solar Charging, a smart recharging station stores locally generated solar energy in electric shared cars. After a successful experiment in the Utrecht neighbourhood Lombok, the Utrecht Sustainability Institute initiated an expansion of the project to five neighbourhoods in the region.
