22 March 2017 The Human Rights Committee this morning continued its discussion on draft General Comment No. 36 on Article 6 on the right to life of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. It adopted the amended paragraphs 37, 41, 42, 46 and 48 in a first reading, and considered paragraphs 49, 50 and 51 of the draft General Comment.
