(14.03.2017) IMMOFINANZ AG plans to execute a further share buyback programme. On 14 March 2017 the management board and the supervisory board resolved on the basis of the authorisation granted by the 23rd ordinary shareholders` meeting dated 29 September 2016 pursuant to section 65 para 1 no 8 Austrian Stock Corporation Act to execute a share buyback programme (`share buyback programme 1/2017`). Repurchases of shares in the course of the share buyback programme 1/2017 will be carried out by IMMOFINANZ AG or one of its subsidiaries. The volume amounts up to a maximum of 20 million shares.
