(Source: City of San Jose, CA) Due to expected flooding along Coyote Creek today, the City of San Jose is advising residents in the low-lying areas along the creek to prepare for potential voluntary evacuations. San Jose has also declared a local emergency in response to current and anticipated flooding San Jose Fire and Police Departments are currently assisting residents in the Rock Springs area near Senter and Phelan avenues for a voluntary evacuation due to flooding that has already occurred in this neighborhood this morning.
