(Source: IPI - International Press Institute) The International Press Institute (IPI) today joined seven other international free expression and media freedom defenders in calling on the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) to appoint a new Representative on Freedom of the Media without delay and ensure the Office`s achievements over the last two decades are not lost. The groups made the call ahead of the expiration of a one-year extension of the appointment of the current representative, Dunja Mijatovi´c.
